Cara Davis focuses her practice on the discovery phase of complex civil litigations and regulatory actions as well as protection of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine. Ms. Davis has worked on multiple antitrust matters and litigation involving the steel industry and the environment, managing all aspects of document production and privilege review.
Ms. Davis maintains an active pro bono practice, representing criminal defendants through the firm's Superior Court program and staffing the DC Bar Association's Landlord Tenant Resource Center.
Ms. Davis is a 2004 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. She received her Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001.
