Bonnie represents clients at all phases of high-stakes litigation — including in federal district courts, courts of appeals, and the Supreme Court. Her practice focuses on challenges arising under the Administrative Procedure Act, First Amendment disputes, and national security matters. She also regularly engages with evolving legal questions involving data privacy, artificial intelligence, and algorithmic speech.

Before joining Arnold & Porter, Bonnie served as a Trial Attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice. In that role, she advised federal agencies and represented them in high-profile constitutional and statutory challenges to federal programs and regulations in federal district courts nationwide. She has spent much of her career litigating emergency motions on expedited schedules.

She clerked for Judge Patrick Higginbotham on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
