John DiBari focuses his practice on managing the origination and securitization of conduit, construction and interim loans involving retail, multi-family, office, hotel, self-storage, industrial, student housing and mixed-use properties for developers, hedge funds and institutional lenders.
His experience also includes representing an equity fund in the structuring and formation of senior/subordinate and pari passu joint ventures.
Mr. DiBari attended St. John's University School of Law, where he was an editor of the St. John's Law Review.
