Emma Dozier focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. She represents developers, owners, landlords, tenants, and institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial properties across multiple asset classes, including office, industrial, and multifamily. Emma maintains an active pro bono practice and was recognized on the 2025 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll by the District of Columbia Courts.
While at Georgetown University Law Center, Emma served as a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, a Senior Writing Fellow, and an Annual Review Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
Prior to joining Arnold & Porter’s Real Estate practice in 2026, Emma was an associate in the Real Estate group of another Washington, D.C. law firm.
