Ivy's practice focuses on drafting and negotiating complex commercial and intellectual property agreements, including business-to-business and business-to-consumer agreements relating to software, technology, SaaS, inbound and outbound licensing, manufacturing, and distributor relationships in a wide range of industries.

Ivy also advises clients on IP ownership, open-source software, data protection issues, sponsorship, endorsement, and licensing arrangements in the technology, consumer products, and media and entertainment sectors.

With a background in chemical engineering and post-graduate coursework in biology, Ivy brings a strong technical foundation to her legal work. Her experience as a nuclear engineer for the U.S. Navy, coupled with her work in business development for the defense and technology sectors, allows her to navigate highly complex technical and regulatory environments with ease.
