Claire Fahlman is an Associate in the firm's general litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on white collar defense and investigations, complex commercial litigation matters, and appellate practice. Claire also maintains an active pro bono practice, and has had the opportunity to represent pro bono plaintiffs in appellate matters before the 10th and 11th Circuits, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Claire earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the Senior Marketing Editor of the American Criminal Law Review, was active in Moot Court, and participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic. While at Georgetown, Claire interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Washington. Claire earned her B.A. from the University of Washington where she majored in Law, Societies & Justice. Claire has a minor in Spanish.
