Chasity Fair's practice focuses on Securities Enforcement & Litigation, Antitrust, White Collar Defense & Investigations, and related Complex Litigation matters. Chasity also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing criminal defendants in federal and state court, survivors of crime in connection with the investigation and prosecution of their assailants, and sexual assault survivors in both civilian and military proceedings.

Chasity received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, where she served as Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the Howard Law Journal and Student Attorney for the Criminal Justice Clinic. Prior to law school, Chasity completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
