Chasity Fair's practice focuses on Securities Enforcement & Litigation, White Collar Defense & Investigations, and related Complex Litigation matters. Chasity represents public and private companies, financial services firms, chief executive officers, chief financial officers, and senior executives in connection with securities and stockholder derivative class actions, internal investigations, and enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). 

Chasity also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing sexual assault survivors in both civilian and military proceedings, survivors of crime in connection with the investigation and prosecution of their assailants, and criminal defendants in federal and state court.

Chasity received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, where she served as Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the Howard Law Journal and Student Attorney for the Criminal Justice Clinic. Prior to law school, Chasity completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosophy at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
