Abriyanna Finley

Abriyanna Finley advises clients on compensation and benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as day-to-day compensation and benefits matters. She assists clients with the design and implementation of executive compensation arrangements and advises on related tax matters.

During law school, Abriyanna served as a staff editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was awarded the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award in 2024. Abriyanna received her B.A. from Georgetown University, where she majored in English and minored in Business Administration.
