Rachel L. Forman is a trial-focused litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of complex product liability cases, with a particular emphasis on medical device and consumer products. She represents leading manufacturers nationwide in high stakes litigation in both state and federal courts. Rachel’s practice spans the full lifecycle of litigation. She develops early case strategy, leads fact and expert discovery, manages motion practice, and plays a key role on trial teams as appellate trial counsel—where she is responsible for high stakes briefing and advocacy, jury instructions, and appellate issue preservation. Her experience extends beyond products cases to include commercial litigation, class actions, and other complex business disputes.
In addition to her pretrial and trial work, Rachel partners with medical device and other product manufacturers to strengthen risk management, enhance product safety, and proactively reduce liability exposure before and after products are brought to market.
Combining an energetic courtroom presence with a business minded approach, Rachel delivers both effective defense in litigation and strategic counsel that supports clients’ long term success and innovation.
