David Galvez's practice focuses on the discovery aspects of complex litigation in state and federal courts and government investigations in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. His experience encompasses all discovery-related phases of complex civil litigation and he has been a member of numerous teams that have participated in the defense of a number of FORTUNE 500 companies in both private litigation and governmental investigations. Mr. Galvez was a member of the team that represented Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. and Roche Vitamins Inc. in the vitamins criminal antitrust investigation. Recently, Mr. Galvez has worked on the discovery phase of an internal and government investigation for a matter relating to the Foreign Corrupts Practice Act (FCPA).
Mr. Galvez has also been lead counsel in a number of landlord/tenant pro bono matters and was a founding member of the Landlord/Tenant Resource Center.
