Kathryn Geoffroy advises public and private companies on executive compensation, employee benefits, and labor and employment matters. Ms. Geoffroy counsels employers and executives on the design and implementation of employment, severance, equity incentive, and change in control arrangements, as well as related tax and securities law considerations.
Ms. Geoffroy graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College and received her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
