Haley Giaramita focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on life sciences and patent litigation. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Haley received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While in law school, Haley served as an Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and was the Vice President of the First Generation Law Student Association. Her Comment, "AI in the Drug Development Process: Reaching for a Regulatory Framework" was published in Volume 54, Issue 4 of the Seton Hall Law Review. Also during law school, Haley participated in the Family Law Clinic through Seton Hall's Center for Social Justice. Upon graduation, Haley received an Award of Excellence in the field of Law and Technology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Villanova University.
