Max Gould is a member of the firm’s general litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigation, and appellate matters. Max also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Max graduated from New York University School of Law, where he was a development editor for the NYU Annual Survey of American Law. While in law school, Max interned with the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice, the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor, and the Institute for Innovation in Prosecution. He also participated in a clinic with the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Max earned his B.A. in philosophy and American studies from Brandeis University.
