Jonah Heemstra is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice who focuses on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings before the USPTO. He has represented clients in U.S. patent infringement litigations, handling all aspects of litigation from claim construction to jury trial preparation. Jonah also has extensive experience with PTAB proceedings, including drafting inter partes review petitions, managing expert discovery, and assisting with oral hearings. He has also briefed appeals before the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Jonah earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago before working on IP litigation matters at an AmLaw 100 firm.
