Elise Henry focuses on environmental litigation and has handled a variety of toxic tort and enforcement matters. Elise also has experience advising clients with respect to environmental regulatory and permitting issues under various federal and state environmental statutes, including the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Elise has a particular interest in expert work and commits much of her practice to developing and rebutting scientific evidence.
