Elise Henry focuses on environmental litigation, enforcement matters, and regulatory and compliance counseling. Ms. Henry has experience advising clients under a number of environmental regulations including the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Ms. Henry also has experience representing clients in connection with litigation related to onshore and offshore oil and gas operations, as well as toxic tort litigation.
