Camille Heyboer focuses on regulatory and compliance matters affecting chemical and pesticide product manufacturers, processors, and users. Specifically, Camille advises on issues arising under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and other related statutes.
Prior to joining the firm, Camille served as an attorney-adviser in EPA‘s Office of General Counsel. In this role, Camille counseled on the development of regulations under TSCA and the registration of pesticides under FIFRA. She also advised on enforcement actions under TSCA and FIFRA, and collaborated with the Department of Justice to defend EPA actions under these and other related statutes. Camille also previously worked as an associate at Arnold & Porter advising clients on the marketing of consumer products and compliance with CPSC requirements.
