Kendal Hill represents investment banks and institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of properties across the United States. Additionally, she advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial properties. Her practice also includes work on commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions.
