Katie Hollingsworth is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation group, representing companies and government entities in complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts and in arbitration. Katie represents clients in class actions, consumer protection matters, and tort and negligence lawsuits, with a particular focus on healthcare disputes, as well as employment litigation and 340B program disputes. She has also worked closely with corporate clients on contractual disputes, the enforcement of restrictive covenants, and trade secret protection.

An advocate of pro bono work, Katie represents clients petitioning USCIS for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and pursuing asylum in immigration court, and has represented a survivor of domestic violence in federal court proceedings.

Katie earned her law degree from Seattle University School of Law, where she was a member of the Seattle University Law Review, externed for Justice Debra Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. She also served on the Moot Court Board as competition chair and later executive secretary, and was policy director of the Seattle chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project.
