Katherine Hollingsworth

Katie Hollingsworth is an associate in the firm's Seattle office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation team and has represented privately held companies and government entities in federal and state courts in connection with a variety of complex contractual disputes. Katie's practice has also included working closely with corporate clients on the enforcement of restrictive covenants and trade secret protections.

In her pro bono practice, Katie has represented clients petitioning USCIS for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and pursuing asylum in immigration court. Katie also represented a survivor of domestic violence in federal court proceedings.

Katie graduated from Seattle University School of Law, where she was a member of the Seattle University Law Review and Moot Court Board. During her 2L year, Katie externed for Justice Debra Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court.
