Kristine Itliong focuses her practice on complex product liability and mass tort litigation.  Kristine has experience defending pharmaceutical, medical device, and other consumer product manufacturers against personal injury and consumer protection claims in state and federal court. 

Kristine maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on trial and appellate advocacy in civil rights litigation. 

Kristine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jessica S. Allen in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. 

Kristine graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a board member of the Dispute Resolution Society, a member of Moot Court, and a research fellow at the Urban Law Center. During law school, Kristine was a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Upon graduating, she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Award. 

Prior to attending law school, Kristine was a management consultant and implemented international strategic business plans for her clients in Asia, Europe, and Africa. Kristine earned her B.S. in Finance and Economics from New York University.

  • Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi, as part of trial team in Plavix product liability litigation involving state deceptive practices act claims.
  • Hologic, in medical device product liability litigation.
  • Honeywell, in defending individual personal injury and other suits related to PFAS chemicals and drinking water in Hoosick Falls, New York.  
  • Section 1983 plaintiff, as lead counsel in trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; obtained jury verdict in favor of pro bono client on excessive force claims against corrections officers.
  • Coalition of students and parents, in counseling related to administrative complaint against school district filed with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights.
