Kevin Jordan has extensive experience in the area of electronic discovery, and his practice focuses on the discovery phase of complex civil litigations and regulatory actions. He has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, banking, energy, and telecommunications industries.

Mr. Jordan is also active in Arnold & Porter's extensive pro bono practice; he has provided pro bono services in the areas of voter protection and assisted at the DC Superior Court Landlord Tenant Resource Center.

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Mr. Jordan was an associate attorney at a small Indianapolis law firm, where he practiced criminal and domestic relations law. Mr. Jordan also served as a health & safety specialist in the chemical, refining, and pharmaceutical industries prior to his legal career.

Mr. Jordan is a 2007 graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University in 1999.
