Jennifer Kaplan represents clients across a wide range of industries in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenny served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maryellen Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Jenny received her law degree magna cum laude from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Catholic University Law Review and competed as a member of the National Mock Trial Team. While attending law school at night, she worked as a law clerk for the Office of General Counsel of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Before attending law school, Jenny worked in local government in Fairfax County, Virginia, and taught high school science in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, as a member of Teach For America.
