Andrea Kearney has over 20 years of experience concentrating on federal energy regulatory matters. Ms. Kearney represents power marketers, electric utilities, and independent power producers before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). She also represents clients in regulatory and other industry matters in organized wholesale electric markets, including PJM, NYISO, MISO and ISO New England.

Ms. Kearney advises energy sector clients on regulatory and compliance matters before FERC and on FERC-related concerns involved in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financings.

Her previous experience also includes clerking for former FERC Administrative Law Judges Bruce L. Birchman, Max L. Kane, and Joseph R. Nacy. Ms. Kearney is a member of the Energy Bar Association.
