Tracey L. Summers provides legal advice to the firm on matters related to conflicts of interest, ethics, and compliance with rules of professional responsibility. Ms. Summers conducts in depth conflicts analyses for potential lateral hires and new clients. She drafts and implements ethical screens, waivers, and notices required under the rules of professional responsibility. As a member of the firm's Ethics and Practice Committee, she regularly conducts ethics and professional responsibility training for new attorneys. Ms. Summers also advises firm attorneys regarding annual compliance with Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts ("IOLTA") individual reporting requirements in various states.
