Dana Khabbaz is an associate in Arnold & Porter’s general litigation practice.

Before joining the firm, Dana clerked for Judge Maria Araújo Kahn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Stefan R. Underhill of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. She was also a legal fellow at the Electronic Privacy Information Center and authored a Yale Law Journal Forum piece on pole-camera surveillance and privacy.

Dana earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and the Yale Journal of International Law; served as a student co-director of the Rule of Law Clinic; and co-chaired the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students’ Association.
