Hafeez Khan's practice focuses on intellectual property law, including the clearance and prosecution of trademarks, coordination of investigations to uncover intellectual property infringements, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Hafeez also has experience in intellectual property litigation, including research, drafting briefs, and preparing written discovery for trademark infringement, design patent infringement, and false advertising cases. His practice covers a variety of industries, including alcoholic beverages, luxury goods, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and technology. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

In law school, Hafeez served as a Staff Editor for the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. He received the Faculty Award for academic excellence in Patent Law, and the Dean's Award for academic excellence in Lawyering Skills and UC Irvine's Environmental Law Clinic. In 2020, Hafeez was selected as a Google Legal Summer Institute Scholar. In 2019, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James V. Selna.
