Dale Kim's practice focuses on white collar defense, investigations, and complex civil litigation. He has defended clients in federal criminal investigations and administrative enforcement actions. He has also represented clients in civil litigation, including through motions practice, trial, and appeal. He maintains an active pro bono practice, including civil rights litigation.
Dale received his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, served as Head Notes Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, and received the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in International and Comparative Law. He also interned at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, Dale was a management consultant.
