Alyssa Lattner counsels clients on a broad range of healthcare and life sciences matters, including general regulatory issues, compliance matters, and transactions. Her clients include pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, healthcare providers and physician practice management companies, and trade groups. Her practice focuses on fraud and abuse issues and anti-kickback laws.

Alyssa received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Alyssa received her B.S. in Psychology, B.A. in English, and B.A. in Spanish from the University of Iowa, with high distinction and university honors. After law school, Alyssa spent a summer as a Graduate Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Legal Council for Health Justice in Chicago.
