Bou Lee represents clients in a broad range of securities and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a particular focus on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Bou also represents clients in internal and government investigations, including before the DOJ and SEC. She has also advised consumer products clients on compliance issues before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). An advocate of pro bono work, she focuses on assisting veterans with their applications for discharge upgrades and other benefits, as well as voting rights litigation.

Bou previously clerked for the Honorable Cheryl L. Pollak of the Eastern District of New York. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was recognized as a James Kent Scholar and as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Prior to law school, Bou worked at a corporate intelligence firm providing investigative and due diligence services.
