Caitlyn Lewis Kellerman

Senior Associate

Caitlyn Kellerman is a senior associate in Arnold & Porter’s Product Liability Litigation group, where she focuses on high-stakes mass tort and complex product liability litigation. She represents clients in large-scale, coordinated proceedings in federal and state courts, assisting with strategic case development, discovery, and dispositive motion practice in matters involving significant exposure.

Caitlyn maintains an active and wide-ranging pro bono practice. Most recently, she helped secure a major civil rights victory on behalf of the deaf community against the Trump Administration, contributing to meaningful advancements in accessibility and equal access under federal law.

Caitlyn received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018 and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011.  While in law school, Caitlyn served as a Law Fellow in Legal Practice: Writing and Analysis at Georgetown University Law Center from 2016 to 2017, where she focused on advanced legal writing and analysis. She was also Notes Editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and a judicial intern to the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
