Jampa focuses his practice on environmental litigation, enforcement, and regulatory compliance matters. He has experience responding to information requests under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), communicating with regulators at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and preparing for settlement negotiations with the EPA. Jampa has also assisted with drafting complaints filed in federal court involving environmental issues and advising clients on state statutes related to extended producer responsibility.
