Josh McCollum is an experienced trial attorney who represents companies in complex commercial disputes. His practice includes contract, tort, and regulatory matters, with significant experience in the energy, transportation, and health care industries. He has served as a key member of trial teams in complex disputes and has handled all phases of litigation — from pleadings to dispositive motions to trial preparation.
Josh maintains an active pro bono practice which includes representation of immigrants, children, and criminal defendants.
Josh is a graduate of Rice University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an Executive Editor of the NYU Journal of Legislation & Public Policy. While in law school, he interned with Judge Nancy F. Atlas and Judge Melinda Harmon, both of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
