Dave Menichetti practices primarily in the area of complex civil litigation, including product liability and mass tort litigation. He also has extensive experience in securities litigation and enforcement, medical malpractice defense, and gaming litigation and regulatory matters over a 15-year career in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, GA.

Dave has litigated cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country. His experience includes preparing and arguing significant motions, taking and defending both fact and expert witness depositions, and drafting briefs and conducting oral argument in federal and state court appeals.

Dave currently represents a consumer products company in defending against thousands of personal injury cases in state and federal court following the decertification of a class action. These cases present numerous complex and novel issues of law, including issues concerning class actions, preclusion (res judicata and collateral estoppel), due process, and preemption. During this representation, Dave has served as counsel responsible for appellate issues preservation, motions practice, and legal strategy at several high-stakes jury trials.
