Aaron Millstein is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on healthcare litigation, government enforcement actions, and internal investigations.
Aaron represents clients in various industries, both public and private, particularly when they are facing civil litigation involving a parallel government investigation or proceeding, whether civil or criminal. His litigation experience also emphasizes counseling healthcare providers navigating all manner of litigation issues. Beyond healthcare litigation, Aaron’s experience includes commercial disputes, trade secrets, campaign finance, and real property.
For government investigations, he regularly assists clients in navigating every step of the process, from receipt of subpoenas or other inquiries through the end of the matter, whether it is a negotiated resolution or litigation. Aaron has also conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients to address potential legal or ethical violations, such as fraud, conflicts of interest, and theft.
