Michael Mischke's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar investigations. He has range of experiences, including defending large companies in complex multi-district litigations, bringing affirmative cases on behalf of corporate clients, and defending individuals in government investigations.

Michael maintains a robust pro bono practice. He has worked on matters involving voting rights, eviction defense and Eight Amendment claims. He served as Arnold & Porter’s Loaned Associate to Legal Aid DC for six months. During that time, he worked full time as a housing attorney in D.C. Superior Court defending tenants facing eviction.

Michael graduated from Harvard Law School. While in law school, he interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and served as a Supervising Editor for the Harvard Journal on Legislation. Michael received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
