Stephen Moccia's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. Mr. Moccia also has prior experience with long-term cyber investigations at both the state and federal levels.
Mr. Moccia graduated from the Fordham University School of Law with honors, where he was on the Dean's List and served as a Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. While in law school, Mr. Moccia interned in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. He earned his BA from Fordham University, summa cum laude, in cursu honorum, where he was a double-major in Political Science and Theology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
