Rachel Mordecai

Rachel Mordecai is a member of Arnold & Porter LLP’s Litigation practice group. Ms. Mordecai has extensive experience in the area of electronic discovery and has successfully managed large-scale electronic discovery processes for civil litigations, domestic and foreign governmental investigations, antitrust matters and other regulatory proceedings. 

Ms. Mordecai’s practice includes work in a variety of industries including telecommunications, energy, oil and gas, entertainment, trademark, healthcare, banking and finance.
