Connor Morgan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and appellate litigation, and he is particularly interested in government-facing litigation. Connor also maintains an active pro bono practice, which is dedicated primarily to criminal defense appeals and civil rights litigation.

Connor graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Law & Policy Review, the Policy Director of the Equal Democracy Project, and the Vice President of the American Constitution Society. Connor has published academic articles in the Yale Law Journal Forum and the Harvard Journal on Legislation. For his legal writing, Connor was awarded Harvard Law School's Klemens von Klemperer Writing Prize, and he won the Yale Law Journal's Student Writing Competition.

Connor previously served as a legal intern for the Honorable Dale A. Kimball on the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and as a summer intern in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's civil enforcement division.
