Maura B. Naehr is an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts and National Security practice group. Her practice spans a broad array of government contracts matters, including litigation, compliance counseling, and mergers and acquisitions. Maura litigates bid protests and contract claims before the U.S. Government Accountability Office, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Boards of Contract Appeals, and other forums.

Maura clerked at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims from 2023 to 2024, where she gained bid protest and civil litigation experience. Maura received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School, with a concentration in Government Procurement, and her undergraduate degree in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. At GW Law, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Public Contract Law Journal.
