Simon Nagel is a member of the firm’s eData group. His practice is focused on the discovery phase of complex litigation in both state and federal courts as well as government investigations. He has significant experience in all phases of discovery, including managing large-scale document reviews and production, formulating discovery strategy in nationwide litigation, and defending challenges to privileged documents.

Simon has extensive experience managing teams of attorneys, legal assistants, litigation technology providers, and other e-discovery professionals through each stage of the discovery process from preservation to production, in cases including nationwide product liability litigation, patent, and commercial disputes.
