Brittney Nagle is an experienced complex commercial litigator and represents clients in commercial contract and business disputes, with a particular focus on life science and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Nagle regularly handles all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motion practice, court appearances, trial, and settlement negotiations. She has conducted direct and cross-examinations of witnesses, argued motions, taken and defended depositions, managed complex discovery matters, and worked with experts to develop reports.
Ms. Nagle maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on criminal appellate matters, and special education.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nagle was an associate at a global law firm in New York. She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2018, and her bachelor's degree from Columbia College of Columbia University in 2012.
