Ali T. Nayfeh focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters.
Mr. Nayfeh received his bachelor's degree in finance summa cum laude from Virginia Tech. He then received his law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as the External Chair of the Harvard International Law Journal and as research assistant to Professor Jack Goldsmith. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nayfeh clerked for the Honorable Howard C. Nielson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and for the Honorable David. R. Stras of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
