Courtney Neufeld is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group. She represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practices involves litigating business disputes, ranging from breach of contract and tort claims, to intellectual property claims, including copyright and trademark infringement. Courtney’s experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through dispositive motion practice and discovery strategy.

In her pro bono practice, Courtney represents incarcerated individuals in litigating Section 1983 claims and petitioning for clemency before the Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board. Courtney earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Executive Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. In that role, she contributed to thought leadership on professional responsibility and legal ethics. Courtney also holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Seattle University.
