Hilda A. Obeng's practice focuses on commercial litigation and intellectual property matters, including issues in copyright law, trademark law, patents, and trade secrets. Hilda also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Hilda graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse College of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. She participated in the Low Income Tax clinic and was a Google Legal Scholar. Hilda earned CALI awards for Criminal Law and the Innovation Law Practicum. While in law school, she provided legal services as a senior research associate for the Innovation Law Center. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Theodore A. McKee, Senior United States Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Hilda earned her B.A. from Texas A&M University.
