Lindsey advises high net worth individuals and their families on a wide range of estate planning and wealth preservation strategies. Her experience includes domestic and international trust administration and estate and gift tax planning matters, including pre-immigration and expatriation planning.

Lindsey obtained her J.D. from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law where she was a Research Editor on the Florida Law Review and served as Research Assistant to Professor Lee-ford Tritt and Professor E. Lea Johnston. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Trusts & Estates for her paper entitled, “To Trust, or Not to Trust?  Practical Considerations under the Florida Community Property Trust Act.”
