Ada Ohanenye counsels life sciences, consumer products, and healthcare companies on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, transactional, and public policy matters. She advises clients on issues related to the regulation and marketing of FDA-regulated products, including drugs, biologics, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.

Ms. Ohanenye advises on compliance with FDA, FTC, and NAD requirements related to product development, labeling, advertising, and marketing claims. As part of her practice, she conducts regulatory-based diligence reviews in connection with transactions and supports internal compliance assessments and investigations.

Ada graduated with honors from Howard University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Howard Law Journal.
