Krysti Papadopoulos focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation.
With a background in engineering, Krysti's technical knowledge and IP prosecution and litigation experience spans multiple high-tech industries for market-leading clients. Krysti is well versed in the electrical, mechanical, and computer software arts, as well as in the automotive, aerospace, wireless and cellular networking, medical device, media and entertainment, and memory device fields. In addition to litigation, she is well versed in the prosecution, management, and monetization of patent portfolios, as well as technology transfer and licensing, and IP due diligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Krysti worked in-house in the IP department of a wireless technology company and the Department of the Navy. She was also an engineer in the aerospace field.
