Mark Patrick is a patent attorney and concentrates his practice on patent prosecution, litigation, and counseling. He prosecutes US and foreign patent applications and has experience doing so in fields such as business methods, computer software, video and audio compression, social media, mobile and social games, video games, augmented and virtual reality, blockchain technology and digital currency, e-commerce and financial services, among others. Mr. Patrick also has experience representing clients in federal district court, in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
