Krista Pontzer represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Ms. Pontzer also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Ms. Pontzer graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she served as an intern to the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and as an extern to the Honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby of the United States Court of Federal Claims. During her third year in law school, Ms. Pontzer represented nonprofit organizations before federal agencies and courts to advocate for agency enforcement actions that protect the public interest in communications and technology matters.
Ms. Pontzer earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where she majored in Government.
