Susan Rabinowitz's practice experience includes: intellectual property, private antitrust and securities litigations, domestic and foreign governmental competition authority investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Her primary practice centers on managing electronic and other discovery matters in complex litigation, regulatory actions and government investigations.

Susan has more than 14 years of experience in the area of discovery and has successfully developed and managed large-scale electronic discovery processes for civil litigations and governmental investigations across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, banking and financial services, consumer goods, oil drilling equipment, music and entertainment, medical and oilfield waste disposal, and petroleum and mineral mining, among others.

Susan's pro bono practice includes serving on the team which obtained a permanent injunction against the Pennsylvania Voter ID Law in 2012.
