Thomas Richardson concentrates his practice in the areas of: estate planning; estate and trust administration; representation of family businesses, including succession planning; tax controversies involving the Internal Revenue Service and local tax authorities; fiduciary litigation; asset protection planning; charitable giving; and creation and representation of tax-exempt entities, including family foundations and public charities. A 1990 graduate of Rutgers Law School, Mr. Richardson was an associate in the trusts and estates department of an international law firm in New York before joining Arnold & Porter.
